Beginner's routine, any kind people willing to help me n read this post and critique?

Hello, well IM pretty new to this forums and I saw you guys and thought..hey, this seems pretty helpful! so take it in mind that IM a beginner and read what I want, what ive seen, and what im willing to do to take to get there..oh ya..and also what I have to work out with..

Stats

-6'1
-130 pounds
[I know Im skinny but trust me, I look decent weight wise]
[not sure about body mass but It cant be that much]

Equipment
(i know its not much but ive gotten gains from it before and I cant afford membership to a gym yet, I just do with what I have and make exercises from it.)

- Array of weights free weights , from 10 to 25 pounds
- Pull up bar
- Stationary Bike

My current routine

::Monday:: [abs-chest]

Stationary Bike for 30 to 40 mins followed by
Crunches 3 sets of 12
leg raises 3 sets of 10
side crunches 3 sets of 10 on both sides
--I head doing crunches after Biking is a bad idea...why?--
Pull ups 3 sets of 10
incline push ups 3 sets of 8

::Tuesday::[arms]

Warm up on bike for 10 mins
start with 1 set of 15 with 15 pnds
then 2 sets of 13 with 20 pound
then 1 set of 12 with 25 pound
then 1 set of 10 with 25 pound
then 1 set of 8 with 25 pound
then 1 set of 10 with 20
then 1 set of 15 with 15 pound
(this is kinda like knockout but im going from small to high, then going slow till i cant do any more)

Before or after this, i also do military presses
2 sets of 7 or 9

then fore-arms ( i lay forearms horiztonal on a table with wrist hanging off the edge and put weight and lift just with my wrist)
2 sets of 14 with 20 pound weight
2 sets of 10 with 25 pound weight

::wednesday::
rest

::thursday::
-same as monday

::friday::
-same as tuesday

Conclusion
so what do you guys think? along with this I eat alot of rice and protiens and LOT of water...i also have some creatine which i dont take yet till i think i should...

I was thinking about altering up my exercise..since doing bike with any workout is bad..as some people say

So i was thinking bike on weekends..and work on weekdays..

Please tell me your input it wil be very helpful..
I had a friend who started out this way, and in four months, he has bulked up very big...just by this kinda home workout and lotsa food and rest... his pic is amazing. Ok well thanks in advance!
