Benmans summer workouts


Personal:
21yrs old
5'9" 185lbs

Goals:
Basically I want to get back into shape. At my fittest I weighed 165, benched ~275, squatted ~300, and dead lifted ~350. I now have like 0 muscle tone and a small gut from eating unhealthy and sitting around too much. By the end of summer I want to be a fit 170. I’ll track my progress here.
