Bens lose the gut journal.

alrighty I have never done a journal but here goes. I stepped on the scales today and my weight has dropped from 98.5kg - 95kg in 3 weeks. I will start a journal from now though will take measurements tomorrow.
Feel free to comment

Meal 1 7:30am Hydrolysed caesin + calcium caesanate shake + 1/4 cup cottage cheese and few drops vanilla essence

Meal 2 : 9:30am Skim yoghurt + apple

Meal 3 1:30pm work lunch time screwed me here - 4 seed bun + 2 slices chicken breast delight and slice of jarlsberg

Meal 4: 4:00 Bananna + 4 seed bun - This is before I do my workout. also took a gurana + ginsing tablet.

5:30 workout

6:30 - meal 6 another protein shake with water instead of milk

Dinner: hehe this was bad. a 300gm T-bone + vegies + 1/2 can crushed tomatoes.

My main goal is weight loss and a bit of muscle gain. Been reading the forums which have helped me alot - I was just gonna starve myself of cals. 500 under maintainance for me is like 2500 :/ which is still alot. Priority one is training though.

Today I did triceps and back. forgot to measure weights lifted but diud 3 sets of 8-10 with the heaviest weights I could lift. tomorrow cardio. gonna try and run in the morning as this is where fat loss occurs best.

Excersises done - lat pulldowns, lying over row, tricep extensions, vertical row, tricep pull downs and seated shoulder press - yup that will hurt in the morning
