DFers, this is my first attempt at a journal. I am going to begin by posting a 'fairly common' day for me, as far as my food intake. I posted the
macronutrient breakdown of all the foods, as well as the caloric total for the meal and day. I would like to have some feedback, and hopefully make some improvements. I will add the
