100 bw squats (sets of 10)
100 hindu pushups (sets of 10)
3 minute back bridge (in 30 sec holds)

Forgot and did regular pushups for the first 2 sets

2 USA vertical climbs

The USA is a ladder made out of webbing. I hang it up in the garage and climb up it. Here is a link. USA from BWC

I modified Joel's Friday routine from http://www.fitness-solution.blogspot.com

Complete ten sets of:
30/30 Quick jumps on a mini trampoline/Pushups
30/30 High jumps on a mini trampoline/Situps

I help my rings on the jumps. This was a lot of fun on the jumps.

I like that too because there is no stress on the joints using a trampoline.

What is the KS swing. Is that where you hang and work ab regions?

KS is short for4 kettlestack. It is like a kettlebell, but you use regular barbell/dumbbell weight plates. So a KS swing is the same as a kettlebell sing, but using the kettle stack.
