Welcome to the Online Journal Bob. Everybody likes reading about somebody else's Tabata workouts because we all know how challenging they are.

Good job. Hope you decide to be a regular here.

Have a great day!

Hi pierini, gymgirl, seraphyne1,

Thanks for the encouragment. It is good to hear from old and new fitness friends. I guess I have a lot more to learn about my relationship with tabatas. So far I have only discovered the hate part of the relationship.

Hi Bob,

Those KBs sure take some getting used to, don't you think?

Also, if you edit your initial post to update your workouts, it won't appear as if you've updated your log and some people here who enjoy reading new posters may not realize that you have posted.

Don't drop those KBs on your toes!

More interesting workouts, different from what I'm used to seeing. Good luck in all your efforts.

Joint exercises
Isometrics with the plastic ring that came with my daughters steering wheel cover. Went to the rec center with 2 of my daughters and did the climbing wall & toyed with the boulder wall. The boulder wall was a lot harder than the climbing wall. Great forearm workout.
14 min. shovelgloving 8 lb sledge
