hey everyone. ive finnaly decided to get serious and start one of these because im tired of being skinny and really.. i want to look better for my girlfriend..
currently im 18, at 5'11" and weighing 130lbs - eek! ive been trying to build some mass for quite a while. but obviously havnt been eating enough because ive gained almost no weight. ive also been doing way too much cardio.. because i love to run and swim. but im going to cut back on it.
My goal is trying to boost my cal intake to at the very least 3000 a day.
which is a lot of eating for me.. (espically with my busy schedual of full time college, working, and etc.)
im currently working on work-out a routine to stick too.. ive always just lifted without thinking till im tired.. no real reps or sets. im such an unorganized person its always been easier that way.
im going to post some "before" picutes soon so i can see progress. even tho i contemplated not too.. because im damn skinny .. but oh well, its about progres...
