 heresy huh?
Well, if you think the procedure will help, ham it up, make it seem bad enough and get 'r done. Yeah if the progesterone cream gives you problems - HRT would probably be pretty bad for you.
Good luck getting what you need.

Still not back into a routine yet. Things are busier at work and I find I am sleeping a lot more. I'm hovering around 130 lbs (down as usual).
Today and yesterday I was outside for most of the afternoon at work. It felt awesome but the fresh air contributed to my need for sleep I'm sure.

No! It was 21 deg C (70F) today.
I've been building boat tops and covers like crazy, but then that is what I wanted from this job!

Hopefully sleeping more is going to help recover energy levels from the recent problem. Then you can get back on program.

OK, Here I go again
I saw my specialist yesterday. Yes I can have my non-invasive surgery (6 month waiting list), but they have to rule out cancer first (it's routine for everyone). That diagnostic can't be done for 4 months. So... I better put not skipping my iron and vitamins back as my highest priority.
Now getting back to a regular daily routine while I've slipped back "down" is going to be a challenge. I think I'm going to have to incorporate the yoga/ pilates/ dance DVD option again for those high activity/ high stress days.
My goal is to get in shape for surgery and a fast recovery by doing what I did before, strength and cardio. My bodyweight is back down to 128lbs, my legs have thinned right out and my skin texture has lost it's oomph again.
Tonight I'll just go for a gentle stretching, lower back and ab routine.

You guys are kind, thanks for the encouragement.
Of course I flaked out last night, but this morning I was raring to go. I keep forgetting that I spent 3-4 years without having to work at someone elses established hours and not my own. Everyday I arrive at work I get sucked into "new drama". That alone zaps a lot of energy since I've not been through a season with them yet.
I was climbing and decending stairs with a 40-50 lb top frame overhead It was kind of like doing a set of 14 overhead incline lunges with a barbell.
Anyhoo this morning:
Light stretch routine
2 sets of 20 leg-up at 90 deg. crunches
2 sets 12 back extensions on gym ball (feet hooked under the waterbed)

Brat you still got a waterbed. I got rid of mine 20 years ago. I bet you still have your tied-dyed t-shirts too.

I've been wanting to change but can't afford a real mattress, besides its has many great places to hook your feet when doing gymball exercise variations.
(I'm on my second heater and 4th mattress)
The tie dye is long gone and so is the "Peggy Lipton" hair and buffalo sandals. (I used to love those things, no wonder my ankles are arthritic! )
Things I didn't exchange them for is growing my armpit hair long, refusing deodorant and wearing Birkenstocks. (In Ottawa living in the Glebe or Westboro and buying muffins from the Lesbian bakeries would also be on that list of how to be middle age yuppie boomer)

You've got to live in the same house (or at least country) as your partner for that!
