LOL compared to what I read about others and their "battles" I'm not sure if 5-10 lbs is a lot of weight. To me it is the difference between feeling cold and irritable in the winter and feeling energized. I find that I have natural upper and lower boundaries. My appetite and interest in certain food tends to react to weather shifts. When I exercise consistently, including aerobic activity I tend to weigh less at both ends of the range.
