I took Creatine for a couple days and found I had serious digestive disagreements with it. The morning measurements had me over 168lbs. I'm starting to feel a bit tubby around the waist. As much as I would like to pack on another 7lbs before moving to a cutting phase, I think I'm gonna start easing up on the diet a bit. I'm gonna call an end to this phase and see how well I can maintain this weight as I slowly move back to normal eating.
Here is the basic result of the past month:
start: 160lbs. approx. 11% bf
end: 168lbs. approx. 12% bf
Thats about 5lbs of LBM and 3lbs of fat. I'm not sure if that is decent or not relative to others. I'll need to look at people's journals a little more closely to get a benchmark. I'm happy with the fact that I gained some weight (historically a problem for me even when I try hard). Thanks to everyone here for the support and great information resource.
