Hi I am Cambria, and I decided to start a new journal here @ Discuss Fitness. I have a journal @ another site but figured I would start 1 here, for new opinions, and inspiration... I am 21 years old and the reason for my new quest is to lose weight, and to tone up. I am moving August 3 to go to Penn State~Delaware County, and want to look my best. I am currently around 135 lbs. and 22% bf. I am 5'8". I will get some pics taken soon, and post them. I'm also a recovering fast food~ aholic

My workout goes~ Mon~45 min aerobics, Tues. Upperbody, Wen. 45 min. aerobics, Thurs. upperbody, Fri. 45 min aeobics Sat. raquetball, frisbee golf, golfing-just something fun along that lines. Everyday I run 1 to 2 miles... My diet for today
Meal 1:
5 egg whites
1tbs of pb
8oz skim milk
Meal 2:
1 cup of apples
Meal 3:
6.5oz of tuna
.5 cup carrots
meal 4:
4 oz baked
skinless chicken breast
3 egg whites
meal 5:
6.5oz cooked tuna
.5 cup carrots
meal 6:
protein bar
