I am new here: I have lost 15 pounds in the past 2 months. Though I am very heavy from everywhere...I have mostly lost weight on my HIPS...and I am worried...that ill have flat hips and a big stomach...
is that possible...with cardio?

no ur probably not noticing but ur stomach is probably getting smaller. when u do cardio it doesn't just target one part of ur body it'll basically even it out
It's common to lose weight from one area before another. Don't worry that your stomach will get missed, just keep on doing that cardio and it'll all come off eventually.
