I'm going to start changing the way I do journals. I feel like I have the diet down pretty well, and since my metabolism is pretty fast, I'm going to go with the "Eat all the healthy food and the right time you want" diet. I'll keep posting about my workouts and stuff though, so don't stop checking!

It's good you have a good enough grasp on nutrition to not have to rely on keeping an exacting food log. Keep strong bro.

quadriceps squat, barbell (standing) - 95lbs
hamstrings deadlift, barbell (standing, stiff-leg) - 50lbs
biceps curl, zbar (standing) - 10lbs
biceps curl, alternating dumbbell (seated) - 25lbs

Dropped weight a lot today. It came to my attention that my form was sucking on squats, and I need to look at some more details on deads, so I needed to drop weight in order to make absolutely sure my form is right. I'll definately build off this though. I still have like 9 months till my goal.
