ok everybody post their current #'s (and their future goals)
this is just a motivation thing and a goal checkpoint

date: july 12 (december 8)
years working out: 1 (1.5)
metabolism: as slow as a snail (as fast as a fox)
weight: 140 (150)
bench: 155 x 2 (185 x 2)
squat: 170 x 20 (225 x 20)
military press db: 45 x 2 (60 x 2)
# of abs visible: 0 (6)
# of chicks in my chicktionary: 2 (3 billion)
# magazine covers: 0 (as many as there are)
# animal products consumed: 0 (0)

bench: 0 x 0 - I don't bench
squat: 0 x 0 - I can't do regular squats yet...
military press db: 55x8 [last time I did them...can't do these either because of my lower back]

# of chicks in my chicktionary: 1 (1)
# magazine covers: 0 (0)
# animal products consumed: 3/day (At least I don't eat red meat!)

metabolism: VERY FAST! (same) - I ate so much junk it didn't matter.. lol
weight: 142 (155 at least)
Lean Body Mass: 124.5 (135)
bench: 115 x 8 (upper bodyweight)
squat: dunno (>300)
military press db: dunno (>300)
# of abs visible: 2 Sorta (8+ whatever)
# of chicks in my chicktionary: 0 (All the nice ones)
# magazine covers: 0 (0)
# animal products consumed: about 15 diff types/week (need to find more animals)

My current weight is 183, I benched 255x1 (205x8), Millitary Press with 70s, but no visible abs. :\

I did OK

Whoah, you're still around? Awesome.

And in a word, no. Massive amounts of stress this fine holiday season plus an injury have really retarded my progress. Here's hoping for a more productive new year.

metabolism: I don't know, ok I guess? (humming)
weight: 225 (215, <12% BF, don't know what I'm at now)
bench: 315 last year (370 or so)
squat: not enough (450-500)
leg press: 8 platesx6 (9< platesx6)
of abs visible: 0 lol, I'm fat (I don't know if I want to be so skinny you can see abs)
magazine covers: 0 (maybe Sports Illustrated someday, or a Football mag)

Metabolism: Good (better) - I have been the same weight for
3years now
Weight: 185lbs (same)
Bench: 195lbs (250lbs)
Squat: NA
Deadlift: 195lbs (280lbs)
Leg Press: 235lbs (325lbs)
Visable abs: 0 (4 )
Military press: 95x2 (125x2)
In a good relationship

I have come a long way in the last 5 months and really haven't been doing the stuff I need to do. I work hard but I plan on doing the nutrition stuff too now.
