Going to make this more of a progress report rather than a journal/log and post my progress as I go through the winter into the spring. Tennis season is over now so I'm starting my winter gain period (not really a bulk as I do not really believe in 'bulking', more of a LBM gaining period ).
Goal: 155 lb while maintaining bf %

My gym has an electronic body fat tester. You just enter your specs (height, weight, age, etc) and then hold it out in front of you and it determines your bf %. You could also use fat calipers.
I have noticed an increase in fat (not that much, very negligable) but I've increased my LBM therefore my bf percentage has gone down about 1.5 - 2 % over the past 6 weeks while my weight has gone up about 5-6 pounds.
