I am 38 year old female. 5'7" 125 lbs. b/f 17%. Mon-Fri I workout at 5:00 a.m. 40 min. cardio - either running or eliptical. 40 minutes weights (working different groups each day). Saturday I play tennis. Sunday I rest. I want to get b/f down a little(maybe 14 %). I also want some

meal 1: 2 egg white/1 whole egg
whole wheat toast and 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
sometimes oatmeal
meal 2: can tuna
1 fruit (apple or orange)
5 wheat crackers
meal 3: Whey protein drink
meal 4: 1/2
cup cottage cheese
almonds or cashews (about 1/4 cup)
meal 5: chicken or fish
vegetable or salad
