current stats/goals
July 1st:
Weight: 187
Bench Press: 175 x 4
Squat: 205 x 5
Incline DB: 70 x 7
Goals for August 11th:
Weight: 180-185
Bench Press: 175 x 8 (21 pound increase), approx. 4ibs a week
Squat: 225 x 6 (30 pound increase) approx. 6
Incline DB: 70 x 10 (13 pound increase) approx. 2.5

July 5th-
Squat: 3 sets 185x8 felt easy, will move up next week
Incline: 3 sets 60dbs x 10

July 7th-
Had a great chest/tri workout
155 x 12, calculates to 210 pound max. which would put me 7 pounds away from 175 x 8, (217)
weight is now 187

july 11th-
had to take a couple days off training.......did squats today:
205 x 6. felt pretty good. if i was fresh could probably do 8 times.

WOW
bench: 175x6 (i think i could do 7, possibly 8 on a good day. I was pretty stiff today).
I will definitely be sore tommorow.

July 21-
bench: 155x14.
I've decided that my new goal for Aug 11th is to bench 230. I dont think that 175x8 (about 215) is a high enough goal to set for myself.

Mike17 perfect keep up the good work, no matter what the weight try and have a partner in the room incase you get yourself in trouble.

arms-14.5
weight right now is about 185-86

i got a physical today,
age:16
height:6'1
weight:185 (this was mid afternoon so weight is probably more like 184 or 183).
