Haha i know a lot of people are going to cut me up for this one but.... This diet worked for me. I reduced my body fat from 20% to 13% in just 5 weeks. Its a 5 meal breakdown as follows.

This is for a WORKOUT DAY!
---------------------------------
Non-Workout Meal (2 Perday)

45g Complex Carbs (rice,pasta,potato etc)
30g Protein

Pre/Post Workout meal (60 minutes before a workout for pre and within 30 minutes of finishing a workout for post workout)

112g Simple carbs (fruit Juices, Fruit, also found in milk)
40g Protein

Bedtime meal

20g Complex carbs
30g Protiein
-------------------------------------------------------
NOW THIS PART IS FOR A NON WORKOUT DAY (reduce calories by 25%)
----------------
Meals 1 and 2

67g Complex Carbs
42g Protein

Meals 3 and 4

33g Complex carbs
22g Protein

Bedtime

30g protein
15g Complex carbs

--------------------------------------------

Remember....This is a 2000 Calorie diet. Keep your fat under 50G a day. Perform at least 30 minutes of cardio a day to get yourself in 70-80 % of your maximum heart range. AND follow with a good workout (i can provide one of these also)
