daily journal started 030816


030816

breakfast- bowl of sliced pineapple, one grapefruit, four egg whites and two scoops of low-fat cottage cheese.

lunch- hot greens, assorted plate of vegetables, one orange and a packet of tuna.

dinner- the same.
