I hope that i will get rid of this weight, no way my body can store 7 pounds of food. We will see how things go i hope i havn't killed myself  .

Surprisingly this morning i weighed 197 pounds, after taking a crap and a long leak of course lol. Anyways i do not see how this could happen... I ate so much but i think it might have been that i was working all day from like 9 to 5:30 and i was working at a summer camp. So i did have to run around and what not the entire day. Today i am trying a split that i have come up with:
Week 1:
Chest, Shoulders, traps, abs
cardio
Legs, abs
cardio
Back, triceps, biceps,
cardio
Chest, shoulders, abs, traps
Week 2:
back, biceps, triceps
cardio
Legs, abs
cardio
Chest, shoulders, abs, traps
cardio
Back, triceps, biceps
Then i just go back to week 1 and repeat.

WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!?!?!!! Pizza?!?! Rice Crispies bar??!!!??!?! Iced tea?!?! What happened to water?!
No doubt this must've put at least a good pound or two on you, even if it's not noticeable on the scale yet.

This is gonna sound bad, i ****ed up again i think but maybe not so bad. A friend was over and we ordered chinese and i ate like half of the whole soup load(like 12 ounces probably). I also had beef and veggies but it was very lean, i made sure to leave my friend the fried chicken like the orange and general Taos chicken. After this i felt bad and so did my friend cause he was trying a ketogenic diet so we did 30 laps in my pool. Hopefully this will even it out, i will see my weight tomarrow and report back.

you know i used to get cravings like crazy and i still do so what i did was put a picture of the hulk snapping, everyone has someone they want to be as big as one day, and thats my motivation to not eat all the junk food in my fridges and ****, maybe thatll help maybe not.

This morning i still weighed 197 so its all good i am still down 3 - 4 pounds. I finished the soup today and ate the last of the mongolian beef, this will be the last time me eating this type of food. Starting tomarrow im back to borin old chicken breast. On the other hand i dont think its so bad to have a cheat day every now and then it felt kind of good.

Today i am starting off week 1 of my split so i will be working my chest, shoulders, and traps. I weigh 198 right now(not sure what that is), i don't think i have gained any weight... (not in the mirror anyways). I have realized that my cutting cycle is not really a cutting cycle, i am gaining muscle and i can tell, but i do not know to what extent im losing fat. I will continue with the diet for another week then i will decide if just going through cutting/bulking phases is right for me.
Also, since i am working from 7:30 am to 5 pm i will have less time to go to this site and i will be relaxing the majority of the time i am at home. I will be keeping up with my weight lifting regardless, and hopefully i will drop some weight.

I finished my split but for some reason i had so little energy that i didn't do all of my sets i tried but i was pooped. I had 3 eggs for breakfast, cereal, and a banana so i have no idea why maybe i had too much in my routine to handle.

Ok, today i worked again and i brought my own lunch, 1 chicken breast. My 2 snacks at work were 2 bananas, and i had 1 pizza in between, i couldnt resist. Tomarrow i am going to try to bring a 24 oz shake, and another 2 bananas as snacks, i cannot feed myself 5 big meals a day but i can eat small snacks. Also, when i got home i weighed 199 pounds which compared to usually, i weigh around 204 by nighttime. I guess a day of walking/ moving around and playing basketball, volleyball does a lot. Any ideas for quick snack fixes would be appreciated, i am thinking about protein bars.

OMG!!!! I came home from work today and i weighed 195 pounds!!!! Granted since i am about to eat, i will weigh more, but still. Man this feels good, i think working at a summer camp is the best thing i have done to get cut.

Hmm nothing much is going on right now. My weight loss is slow i think the 195 pounds was attributed to lack of water. I wish this would go faster  , i cant tell whether what i am doing is working or not yet.
