Today's workout definetely lacked something... besides the fact that i hate leg days.

Standing db curls both dumbbells at a time: 70 X 10 X 2
Concentrate Curls: 30 X 10, 30 X 10
Hammer Curls: 70 X 12
Tricep Pushdowns: 1 set of 15, 1 set of 5(dont know exact weights)

Here is when it got tricky. Dips are getting too easy so i dont do those... i would do triceps extensions and i tried except there is something in my elbow that feels like it is getting pulled when i do them. Very strange and happened the last time i tried as well. I didnt know what to do so i did reverse bench press: 152 X 15, 162 X 12, except i felt my biceps being worked and not my triceps. Im in need of something to target my triceps without hurting my elbows...

I also did Squats and Calf Raises except dont have any weights to squat so of course it didnt do too much good... hopefully tomarrow will be better, i need advice.

You need to give your elbows a rest...you've obviously worked them a bit too much if extending them or moving weight with them hurts.

BTW- how much are you weighing these days? I think everyone should keep their stats in their sig, like me.

Holy crap dude...you know, body fat is very hard to burn off when you get big...adding muscle for guys like you and me is easy, but losing body fat takes a lot of hard work and dedication. The more you bulk, the 10x more time you will have to spend cutting (eventually).

Hey, it's worth a try...if what you're doing now isn't doing much for you.

As for cutting, you'll soon find out that it's more important than extra muscle mass when getting the fine ladies.

I would rather gain muscle for now because i go to a "test in school" and so the amount of chicks that i find even attractive i can count on one hand...

I am going to begin my Chest/Bicep/Tricep Workout in a sec... EDIT IN PROGRESS

SUPERSETS:
BENCH:162 X 10, 152 X 10, 142 X 10, 162 X 20, 152 X 4, 142 X 5
Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 12 ( i did not keep track of weight)
Tricep Extensions: 2 sets of 12

Overall this workout was horrible. I tried to start at 182 my usual bench weight yet my shoulder was killing me so i lowered. Even my bicep curls were less impressive i had more difficulty doing everything. Next time im lifting i will without a doubt try to worry less about weight and more about form because it seems that is what is keeping me down.

That split looks good. Are you doing anything for lower back?

looks good to me. if your doing supersets, take 90 seconds break between sets instead of 60 seconds just incase you ddint know.

good luck. (make sure you eat and do this program no longer then 6 weeks).

Hopefully i will see results in the 6 weeks. Yea mustang i forgot to add in back... hmm. I think i can squeeze it in on leg + ab day cause i hate working legs and abs so that way i dont have to work the things i hate too long.

You have work for your upper back. Belive me though (from persoanl experience), after a hardcore 10x10 of squats, your lower back will be dead. If not, then you can try using stiff legegd deadlifts after squats to target your hams and lower back.

What will your specific split look like (sets, exercises, etc).

I dont like to write up a specific split because it matters what im in the mood for and whether i just have access to my home gym or have enough time to go to an actual gym.
