After thoughts:

I have been thinking... after around 1.5 months of this routine i would switch to another 6 day per week split routine; however, in this routine i i would instead work every body part only once per week(much like what lee is doing right now) except i will do it every day and all parts except for on sundays.

I can't see any visible size gains from last week but i will check it on sunday or staturday of this week or next week.

I finally had time to workout... starting from today i am going to no longer make excuses for not lifting so ight when i come home its lifting time.

Leg/Ab Day:

70 pds Deadlift:
1 X 22, 1 X 20

Leg Lifts:
1 X 22, 1 X 19

Weighted Crunches(superseted w/ 35 pd freeweight on chest)
1 X 20
1 X 33

One legged Calf Raises
1 X 20, 1 X 22

Feel like im gonna barf. I am thinking of trying the one muscle group per week experiment that lee is doing or just not working any muscle more than 1 times a week, still not sure i may keep this routine as it feels like im improving.

Hey guys hehe thought i was gone? Anyways i have been keeping up with my workouts, just not recording them in my journal. I have been working each body part once per week and this has been going pretty damn good... i see a huge size difference in my shoulders already and chest as well. I will try to keep up from now on to let you guys know whats going on, also i will be taking measurements this weekend.

Today was a weird... my friend came over so i kind of did just w/e i felt like doing.

Deadlifts:
70 X 22, 70 X 20

Arnold Dumbbell Press:
35(each) X 12, 35 X 10

Weighted Crunches:
35 X 30

Leg raises:
1 X 15

Bench:
182 X 19!!!!

This was really strange i broke my yesterday's record of 15... something isn't right here. That or i think i work better when im around someone, maybe im just some kind of super bench pressing gaining machine who knows.

Yesterday my weightlifting all took place at a friend's house. He had like 140 on the bar which was really strange because i was able to bench press it 19 times although at my house i chest press 182 X 19 as well... I think this is because i am not used to doing a normal bench but next time i go over there i will see what i can pull out.

The routine for yesterday wasn't too thought out because he has different equipment so i will not give any other exercises; however, i measured my arms yesterday and my right arm grew to 16.5 inches almost. That is a .75 increase about from 3 weeks ago i think. Although im happy with this im going to remeasure today because .75 seemed strange to gain so quickly.

your right arm would seem bigger because of a pump, you need to measure in the morning to get the exact result,

Ok guys i feel like the biggest quitter of all time but i think i am making the right choice. I have decided not to do the ckd diet as i think that just doing cardio would be overall better. I have lost 5 pounds so far and kept em off and only been low carbing for 2 days so i think ill just keep doing what i was doing before, take it nice and slow. Thus im discontinuing my new journal and still using this one. Please you guys i know.... lol i wanted to do it but when it came down to it its not that i cant do it, its that i dont want to do it.

Today i worked out at a gym:

Db press(each db obviously):
40 X 12
50 X 10

Chest Press(machine, maxed out at 220):
185 X 8
165 X 20

Leg Press:
200 X 10
300 X 25
300 X 20
400 X 4
These were basically superseted...

Curls:
25 X 20
30 X 20

Tricep Extensions:
100 X 20
120 X 10
150 X 6

Then i just fooled around with my friends but this is the majority right here...

free weights are a ton harder than machines. that is why you can only do 140 19 with free weights. you being able to do much more on a machine is not "weird". i would suggest you start working with free weights more if possible because you will definitely see better gains.

Sorry that i havnt been writing in this so often... i will try to at least get in my lifts on the weekends and put them down from now on. I worked out for over 2 hours on both friday and saturday and have been incredibly sore. To top it off, today in wrestling it was preconditioning week(last one) and this was the hardest day all season long acording to my friend. I would write more but i am so freekin tired im gonna go and eat so i can think.

Just for general info im down to 211 pounds from 220 like 2 - 3 weeks ago so this is pretty good so far.
