For anyone that cares, holy jeezus i weighed 209 this morning!!! And my lifts are not feeling any weaker so even if i did lose some muscle i don't care for now as long as my lifts remain the same. If i get down to under 200 it will be my first time since summer, last summer that is 1 hr ago! Man just thinking about it i have come such a long way. When summer begins this journal will be a whole lot more detailed.

Lol i dont have a sister and have no idea what's going on.

Yesterday's workout(letting you guys know that i am still going)
Ass to grass Squats: 125 x 3, 135 x 3, 145 x 3, 155 x 3 x 4 (damn easy i am going up at least 10 pounds next week)
Clean High Pulls: 105 x 8, 105 x 6, 125 x 6
One legged Weighted Calf Raises: 35 x 15 x 2

Afterwards, i took my dog for a walk, and i will be doing that every day from now on just to get a little more calorie burning action going.

Just reporting in on a checkup. I officially dropped 20 pounds from 8 weeks on this diet(I have gained 5 pounds back since then but im eating like crazy because im more after getting strength right now).

Also, i am still lifting despite me keeping my journal, i am not starting a new one but i will post today's routine as a sample.

Deadlift: 190 x 3 x 3 for warmup 230 x 3, 230 x 3, 230 x 3,230 x 3, 230 x 4
Notes: I can do more reps at this weight but i don't usually work with my poop my pants max for deadlift because it has always come naturally to me.
Bicep Curls: 40 x 7 x 2 concentration curls (each arm)
BB Bent Over Rows: 140 x 8, 140 x 10

My deadlift max is coming back to my old max of 300, i wouldn't be surprised if after this cycle i nailed 300 if not more.

Hehe thanks I can actually do 160 x 8 at this time which is damn near my bench. I am made more for pulling than pushing, deadlifting has always been easy.

I may post up some more workouts getting encouragement is kinda fun : and good for the ego.

I've been out a lot, trying to have as much fun as i can before year starts. In regards to my weight, cutting wasn't that hard at all, so i'd much rather focus on doing what i like better(bulking) and worying about cutting when it comes times. I may be doing something different all together such as shotput and making a lifting team.

I ate today at around 3:30 p.m. a small meal because i wasn't going to workout(was not in the mood). At around 4 my dad wanted me to do some manual labor, which i already started but didn't finish. 1 hour later i am done hauling rocks back and forth and shoveling and i decide to workout and take a technique session.
Clean: 125 x 1 x 8 (my elbow was killing me for some reason)
Powerclean: 150 x 1 x 5 (these were alright but i was tired as hell by this point)
Now because i was lazy i said screw it and decided to uise same weight for bench assistance
Close Grip Bench: 150 x 6, 150 x 7

Just to give you a time frame of how long i didn't eat... it is now 8 pm and i had a protein shake only 20 mins ago.

All in all i think im gonna puke.

Today was a light day(light week matter of fact). The deloading workout went a little something like:

Bench:125 x 8, 125 x 10, 125 x 12
Speed Bench: 105 x 3 x 7
At this point i was feeling pretty good and i just decided to put 170 and see what i can do.
Bench: 170 x 3 - easy as pie. I did it with no arch and had at least 2 reps in me. Finally my bench is coming back, diligence pays off that's all i can say, hell yes.
Lateral Raises: 20 x 12 superset Side Raises: 20 x 12
Lateral Raises: 30 x 12 superset Side Raises: 20 x 12

All in all, i'm quite ecstatic that my lifts are going this well.
