Day#1


Meal#1: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6eggs.

Meal#2: dextrose and protein, 10 aminos, 1kc, 200e.

Good pump on arms today...12,10,8,10 superset arms
25-35 45 sec static hold.

5 minute cardio warm-up.

Today, I am going to carb load. My goal is 400 grams. with dextrose and oats I should already be at around 200. So I will finish off with 1 can of yams split evenly over last two meals. After a salad and chicken lunch.

I weighed in at 170lbs this morning.

Last meal consisted off...salmon and califlower.
