Decent Tasting Shakes?

what kind of decent tasting shakes can i concoct with things found around the kitchen? i think the bulk of my protein would come from the low-fat cottage cheese i have, what else can i add to sweeten it up?

lol...cottage cheese in a shake? Ewww...

Anyways, you can get a good bucket of whey protein for about $40, and mix that in with some milk and voila, delicious shakes that help you build muscle.
