Feeling good today. I am back to about 1800 calories this week, but feeling a little chubbier than normal. I have probably developed an OCD or eating disorder while trying to get cut. I still don't like the shape of my nipples. Might have to start saving up.

Going to try to workout tonight...I hope.

1600 calories the past few days.

Did legs today.

I managed to use my HipSquat belt with 130lbs for about 3x10. The weight was way light, but controlling the weight SUCKS. My fingers got sore from grabbing the edge of the front plate tyring to keep my balance. I also did 2 sets of light deadlifts (175lbs for probably 15). I was so tired though. Damnit.

I'm sitting around 100g of carbs a day, mostly from 1 slice of bread, strawberries, oatmeal, and a little dairy.

Less some fiber and I don't get many carbs right now! I don't feel bad though. I looked good in the mirror today, I was pleased, but my nipples still look puffed. I think it's the new milk I've been drinking. It's Lactaid Skim + Soy. It has an extra 6g of soy protein per serving. I convert estrogen readily, so that is the only explanation I can give.

I am sitting about 152 on my home scale, so I am about 157 based on the doctors scale I weighed in on before. I can see the outline of my abs VERY well now! Plus, all of those rib muscles are out. Funny thing, I thought they popped out last. Go me!

Cool

The leg workouts just suck while dieting.

Send my regards to your lost fat cells.

They said "see ya!"

Same pants, different day. Keeping at 40f/20c/40p with the help of almonds and flax seed oil. I look pretty decent today but not as cut as I want to be as of yet.

patience!

Yesterday I ate all but my last 3 meals.

Instead I had:

(TGI)Friday's Chicken Sandwich with Honey Mustard and Fries
Vanilla Bean Cheesecake
4oz of cherry coke.

I call this my "Carb Up Night"

back to healthy eating! ;D

Dan... I got my metabolift in the post, but I'm not going to try it for about 4 weeks I guess, so would you recommend it for a cutting phase of a workout? or would you use it always?

Oh.. and BTW.. I'm jealous you got Cherry Coke... we don't have that in Ireland

I would use it for a cutting phase. Otherwise, there is really no sense.

We get all the sugary drink crap over here! Nothing special, but I was in a theatre and drank my gf's I felt bad, but I didnt gain weight from it!

Today I did chest: No bench yet so I did 1 set of dips to absolute failure. Didn't go so well. I did 55lbsx7th rep fail.

edit: I decided to do one more set to failure, the first one sucked. I did 9 full reps (from bottom too ) to absolute failure. :

Oh well, next time I'll do better.

My Conclusion

Metabolift works. It speeds up your metabolism just like any other fat burner. It's cheap too. I didn't lose any fat though, but I am guessing it is due to my choices and circumstances.

I think I'm fatter today than I was 2 weeks ago. Not by much, but my nipples are puffier at least. I don't really know what the difference is. I had Soy milk for about a week and that was the point it came back, but I can't finger point. I think I am pretty susceptible to some form of gyno, but oh well.

I am getting my nipples pierced soon. Veritcal barbells. It won't hurt my lifting, methinks, if I get it done soon.

Anyhow, I wouldn't hesitate to get Metabolift over any other OTC fat burner with ECA. It's all the same.
