Dr Wahoo's Rock Hard Challenge Journal

Hello people, I am now 4 months post-partium and I figured the new year ould be a good time to start my new work out. I downloaded Muscle and Fitness's Rock Hard Challenge from 2003 a while back and I have been wanting to try it out. So I am going to give it a whirl and see what happens.
Day 1 of the work out starts tomorrow. I think the hardest thing will be for me to find someone to babysit, but if there is a will there is a way.
Wish me luck.

congrats!

what's the rock hard challenge about? if it's from M&F, you might want to keep an eye on the volume - magazine routines tend to have high rate of non-success because they just ask too much.

I don't think Dr Wahoo is exactly "new," because I remember her!

Unless you were being sarcastic, of course.

If you can, post up what the "rock hard challenge" routines look like. Is there a specific diet involved?
