Ephedrine/caffeine Dapsaceman`s cutting cycle


YO!
I never used drugs but this summer i`m trying to lean out to the max, I`m currently @15%bfat was 19% 10 weeks ago , lost some decent amount of fat with weight training x 4 weeky and cardio x 3 weekly,and also a little bit of muscle mass,
waist = 39 , now 37
biceps = 18 , now 17.25
I`m still 6 foot 7 though
my current meal plan for the last 8 weeks
8 am - 1 cup oats , half litre skimmed milk
2 wholemeal toast , 1/2 tspoon olive oil, 2 egg whites + 1whole egg

10am - small tuna in brine, beans and salad + olive oil, 1 table spoon
3 sall rice cakes

11.45- protein shake with water + apple

12.15- 1 hr weight training , 4 x weekly, 25 mins cardio 3 x weekly

2.30pm - 200 grams chicken breast
small potato
1/2 tspoon olive oil,
salsa + 50grams pasta (white) it helps me a lot

6.30pm - large tuna in brine + green veg + beans
small potato , 1/2 tbspn olive oil

9.30pm - 1/2 meal replacement +water
10.30pm - 1/2 whey powder

i`m currently 240 lbs, and eat about 240 protein , 250-300 carbs, 60fats

I drink 4 litres of water daily, and take a multi vit in the morning on training days, sometimes after a heavy workout i suppliment with 500mg of vit c

on wednesday i have 350 carbs; and on saturday i drink 1/2 bottle of red quality dry wine (cannot do without that)

E/C (eph./caf.)
week 1 - 30/200 1 times daily
week 2 - 30/200 2 times daily
week 3 - 30/200 2 times daily
week 4 - off
week 5 - 30/200 1 times daily
week 6 - 30/200 2 times daily

today sunday 4th and tomorrow 5th i`m taking half the dose to assess my tolerance i.e. 15/100, as you see i`m a very cautious man hehe , i popped 15/100 , 40 minutes ago and i`m not feeling a damn thing, maybe it`s a low dose for a 6 foot 7 , 240 lbs person.

I`ll keep you updated with my results, check my before/after e/c on the sub forum,

Just got home from gym , ate some lean veal, comlpex&simble carbs + fibre,
I felt very focused in the gym , the feeling is like when you`re fully loaded with carbs and creatine, awsome! I couldn`t lift more weight like when on creatine but I was concentrated and agressive with weights, nice geeling, you`ll appreciate it if you`ve been training before and see the difference when you`re on E/C. I don`t think gym newcomers should start on E/C , they should learn first the dieting basics , I never messed with E/C before, and i`ve been training for over 7 years.
I noted a slightly higher than usual heartb and some small trembeling but nothing special, tomorrow i`m going to take 15/100 again then 30/200 for the whole week.
I will keep you posted.
P.s. I felt a small cramp on my right calf while jogging (i`m not used to gogging) , do you think it`s because E/c , I drank 2 litres of water whle training

Oh my god I did my math
I was 19% bf @ 253lbs before dieting
I am currently @ 15%bf 230lbs (dieting without e/c); i.e. I lost 10lbs of lean mass and only 14lbs of fat
Is this normal ?

last sunday I started mt e/c stack, hope it helps me keep bodymass while losing fat.
Today it`s the 4 th day on 30/200 , i`m losing effects of ephedrine quite quickly in about 4 hrs , next week i`ll take 30/200am and 15/100 before workout for the whole week.

Yesterday I Did legs + 30 mins cardio, today i did back & trappz + 20 mins cardio
E/c gives you enoug strenght while dieting
Next week i`ll weigh myself and check bodyfat, tomorrow i`ll do biceps and abs

2nd week of e/c
I had 2 teaspoons of coffee with 15 ephedrine and 30/200 before workout
I felt like a stallion, awsome endurance. I did chest and 30 minutes cardio,
I also did a photo session LOL , and i`m uploading some pictures too
hehe
