I never used drugs but this summer i`m trying to lean out to the max, I`m currently @15%bfat was 19% 10 weeks ago , lost some decent amount of fat with
weight training x 4 weeky and cardio x 3 weekly,and also a little bit of muscle mass,
waist = 39 , now 37
biceps = 18 , now 17.25
I`m still 6 foot 7 though

my current meal plan for the last 8 weeks
8 am - 1 cup oats , half litre skimmed milk
2 wholemeal toast , 1/2 tspoon olive oil, 2 egg whites + 1whole egg
10am - small tuna in brine, beans and salad + olive oil, 1 table spoon
3 sall rice cakes
11.45- protein shake with water + apple
12.15- 1 hr weight training , 4 x weekly, 25 mins cardio 3 x weekly
2.30pm - 200 grams
chicken breast
small potato
1/2 tspoon olive oil,
salsa + 50grams pasta (white) it helps me a lot
6.30pm - large tuna in brine + green veg + beans
small potato , 1/2 tbspn olive oil
9.30pm - 1/2 meal replacement +water
10.30pm - 1/2 whey powder
i`m currently 240 lbs, and eat about 240 protein , 250-300 carbs, 60fats
I drink 4 litres of water daily, and take a multi vit in the morning on training days, sometimes after a heavy workout i suppliment with 500mg of vit c
on wednesday i have 350 carbs; and on saturday i drink 1/2 bottle of red quality dry wine (cannot do without that)

week 1 - 30/200 1 times daily
week 2 - 30/200 2 times daily
week 3 - 30/200 2 times daily
week 4 - off
week 5 - 30/200 1 times daily
week 6 - 30/200 2 times daily
today sunday 4th and tomorrow 5th i`m taking half the dose to assess my tolerance i.e. 15/100, as you see i`m a very cautious man hehe , i popped 15/100 , 40 minutes ago and i`m not feeling a damn thing, maybe it`s a low dose for a 6 foot 7 , 240 lbs person.
