I've had a rocky landing near 100kg kept going down but a lot of up and down activity in it as I wrestled with my own desires made difficult by my wife pushing worse food. I'm more on track now although my losses each week aren't what they once were probably because my fat levels are so much lower. I need a fat indicator of some kind fairly badly as the mass loss now is harder to assume as all fat. Finding them here is damn difficult except for Tantia scales but they are pretty steeply priced. I think I'm going to have to just bite the bullet one way or another.

As of last Sunday I'm 97.6kg and my measurements are;

Neck 42cm
Chest 105cm
Waist 110cm
Hips 106cm
Arm 37cm

I've been lossing fat in a lot of strange places. For example all the fat above my knees disappeared last month so now I have real knees again lol. There's no doubt I've gained muscle either.

For now I'm heading for 90kg then I'll see how it is and head for 80kg most likely which is my BMI recommended weight. After that I'll have to pull my lifting program into order.

It's heating up over here (Australia) and I've discovered step and lifting is much more tiring in such weather. Our co-ordination has improved vastly in step so we'll probably shift soon to a harder class besides the current class is clogged with newbies presumably panicked by summer into a quick loose the fat mode. I still walk a lot dragging my fasher along every second weekday now who is fatter than I am now (hehehee).

It's been hard going lately it being so hot and my partner being less and less reliable but it's the season for choas after all as ppl busy themselves with all the Christmas stuff.

My latest rele bash survival tip is to swipe the salad before they drown it in oily dressings. If only I'd been smart enough to stay out of the sun or find some sunscreen too. Ahh well.

Did a strange excercise on Sunday whipper snipping an enormous block full of thick grass and onstacles. Fire season you know. I'm still surprised I managed it. Being fitter certainly has its benefits.

I gained 0.5kg last week to hit 95.7kg. It was also photos and measurements time.

Neck 42 to 43cm
Chest 105 to 103
Belly 110 to 110
Hips 106 to 105
Arm 37 to 38

and finally I measure my waist correctly which I actually have now it's 96 giving me a WHR of 0.87 which is much much better.

I've taken some images of my back and resized them. I'll see if I can post them away in the B/A section.

Well well. Lost 0.1kg to be 95.6kg. I'm almost content with it considering what I've faced this week. Wives shouldn't be allowed to bake cookies for 5 days of husband torturing.

Well skip to February 16th. I've been neglecting the fat loss thing a bit. Still going to gym (ahh the value of addiction) and all that but have been at a stable weight for weeks shifting by a kilo up or down here and there. I'm 97.2kg right now.

I just had a fat test via calipers. He said it's 24% fat so that makes me 23.3kg of fat or 47 500g slabs of butter as I like to think of it And I'm 73.9kg of lean. Now at least I know how fat I really am without the presumoptions of weight is equivalent to fat which gets too inaccurate at lower fat levels (well lower than than the 40% or whatever I was anyway)

I need to shift about 28 of those slabs still. So onto my next phase. One issue has been too many 'treats' of the semi-fatty nature. Well bye bye to them. I've also been doing far less outside gym so I have to do something about that too.
