Wait till you see the overall results, I think your all going to be in for a pleseant suprise. As for legs ... lol cheers, I will need it... you aint seen the workout yet... but 3 leg workouts in a week.... I hope my collage gets some lifts fitted cause I aint gonna be using the stairs.

I'm a little confused: You said you have a 3 day on and 3 day off split. So you are working the same muscle 3 days in a row, and then you have 3 days off until you start your next muscle? I'm just making sure.

Judging from your results, it looks like you're really on to something good here and I might give this a try sometime in the future.

Hey mustang, maybe I will post some pics soon yep. The routine is 1 day training, then the next day off, then train.... etc ..so got a day inbetween.

good workout plan


im a newbie...ive been weightraining for about 3 months using this workout plan. after seeing it today...i think everyone should start doing this plan.worked for me, best results. since you only work the body part once a week...you want to do extremely high amount of sets. for example on the chest/tricep day...i do 16 sets of tricep exersizes and 16 sets of chest exersizes..etc. they will be sore..but results will come in fast! if you have any questions regarding this workout you can contact me on aol instant messenger, greddyracer690 is the screenname. so lee are you gonna compete again soon, and did you design this training regime yourself or did somebody help you or what? ive never seen anything like it before, but it looks like its workin for you, and that samer guys, he seems pretty energetic bout it, what supps r u hittin up while on this plan to? just curious.
