Falco's 2008 comeback

So I turn 34 later this month and its made me think a little. Its not that I'm BAD shape, but I could be doing better with the time and resources I have, its summer, and I'd like to make some changes. Overall, throughout my life I've had my fitness ups and downs, but always manage to make comebacks. Lately my job has ramped up and its thrown me off course both physically and mentally-I'm not liking the shape I'm in and its begun to affect my self-esteem. So far I've managed to control my eating for about two weeks, and now I want to throw in some physical activity. I'm looking to get back in the groove, but I'm dreading those first 3 weeks. I think this week I'll start with some cardio and then maybe see about some of that hot yoga at the end of the week. Thank you to those who encouraged me to keep a journal here.

Welcome to the Online Journal forum. I'll be following your training and giving you cheers. Others here will be doing the same.

Have a great day!

Wow

What a coincidence!
I turn 34 Today! (Turned 34 today?)

Let's both raise the bar on our fitness this year.
I'll help you stay motivated, you help me stay motivated.
We'll do it together.

First, remember, something is better than nothing.
So if the only thing you can do is drop down right now and bang out some pushups, that's still 100% better than doing nothing.

So let's get to it!!
