Fatgene's fight against fat!


Yep i'm starting over.

Between school and sickness from allergies and medications i've blown up like a whale.

180lbs

I have no excuse. Classes are over. No reason to eat chips for energy. I'm cutting the carbs and hitting the gym daily.

5/7/04

Morning workout

Protein Ice drink
15 min treadmill
leg press 3 sets 15 reps 110lbs
leg ext 2 sets 12 reps 30lbs
leg curl 2 sets 12 reps 30lbs

10 min treadmill


Breakfast
egg whites
grapefruit juice
water

Snack
grapes

Lunch
mandarin salad with thousand island dressing
Arizona Energy drink
Water


Walked 2.4 miles

Dinner
Butter beans
10 hot wings
Grapefruit Juice
Water

well i was doing well...til the holiday weekend... now i gotta get back on track....i'm fighting the urge to just have liposuction.

Well eating like you are for now will have you lose some weight, but i have been on the same diet u are on and if u eat nearly the same thing as everyday and live your life on such a schedule then u will find it boring ... you should learn new recipes to make it more fun and wanting you to eat healthier. This is just based upon my experience , it may be different for you, but i just thought id let you know... but good luck on it and keep up the exercize and u should do fine.

ps. i am im the same predictament, school interupted my healthy eating habits. so i hope this goes well and again good luck
