Well eating like you are for now will have you lose some weight, but i have been on the same diet u are on and if u eat nearly the same thing as everyday and live your life on such a schedule then u will find it boring ... you should learn new recipes to make it more fun and wanting you to eat healthier. This is just based upon my experience , it may be different for you, but i just thought id let you know... but good luck on it and keep up the exercize and u should do fine.
