From what i can remember i ate the following:

Water

No pics. I'm still a fat cow.

I'm trying a new tactic. Low carb, no sodas...my only beverage will be water or orange juice for breakfast. I also plan to start running.

Today

30 min treadmill

Meal 1
FiberOne/Soymilk/Orange Juice/Water

Meal 2
Grapes/Water

Meal 3
Salad/Low Fat Dressing/2 slices of Turkey
Water

Meal 4
Grapes/Water

Meal 5
Salad/Low Fat Dressing/4 slices of Turkey
Water

No eating after 7pm
