Legs dont hurt today, sunday. Arms are 100%, need to do a full workout. Taking it easy wasnt worth it. I forgot my shoulders anyways...

For taking it easy this felt like an ok workout. My arms are more tired than either my back or chest...

Knees hurt like a mother yesterday so I didnt workout. Knees still hurt today, should have just done cardio but wanted to get the legs in... not so good of a decision.. a wuss day...

Shoulders:

An alright day. Need to find more to do, but much better than last arm day... And my arms are starting to look decent in the mirror when doing the shoulder press...

5k cancer walk

Placed 3rd in the walking 20-29 class, pretty sad cause I was just cruising with my brother-in-law, sister, nephew and niece(both in double seater), with a time of 52:4?... So we will see how I do next year...

Reading up on your journal. Nice so far. Especially that 44 waist to 38 waist. I'll look forward to seeing your progress to your 32 inch goal.

thanks! My waist is down to 37 almost 36 right now. It is crazy how much fat I have lost from my stomach in just three months. But I havent lost any weight in a month. Im not too much on the weight thing, I wanna look good, its just easier to set a weight goal rather than saying I wanna look good

My mother-in-law drove out to help out my pregnant wife. She hadnt seen my in two months and says I look MUCH more tone, my legs look stronger(if anything thing its just a slight fat loss as I havent worked out legs hardly at all) and that my face looks much thinner. She will be staying for two weeks and then will go back home. Then both the in-laws will come out in October when the baby is born. So it will be interesting to see their reactions then!

Tredmill - 30min "Hill" setting 3.3mph lvl5(of 20) 1.75miles highest incline 4.3

Right ankle/achilles tendon wasnt feeling so hot after about 15min, but not as bad as it felt during the 5k cancer walk...
