Thanks for the compliment. It has been a long road to haul.

Firehawk,

I've deleted a sentence from your previous post that was very inappropriate for Discuss Fitness land. I know you meant well but don't ever post anything like that again or I will ban you for at least 3 days!

Have a great day!

Dammit I had a half an hour of opportunity and missed the comment.

I do guess it was about F-Mac though and will use my imagination to fill in the rest.

Pierini is on the trigger today thats the second ban threat I have seen today

Now to keep my post on topic congratulations on no longer being a fat b@stard using an excuse of Im a powerlifter so I can look like that. I (Im 70lbs into my 100lb till I wont be a skinny b@stard any more)

Nice to see your strength is still up there with the losses and you built such an endurance and long term gains that you can take a month off and still go a mile no bother.

Keep it up and Im sure we can have you better looking than F-Mac one day.

Its hardly going to be difficult:

I'm a little surprised that I've been threatened to be banned directly once, and indirectly a second time. The reason being is I bring alot to this board and the 'other guy' brings nothing but retarded questions that can all be answered by searching, not to mention he's clearly deliberately wasting the space on this forum (and alot of others agree with me), and has changed his name due to being banned several times, yet he's permitted to run rampant on the board. IF he is as strong as he says he is (and no, I don't believe he is, nor do i believe any pics or vids he will post of himself is actually him anyway), he wouldn't be asking the questions he does.

I don't care, Pierini you want to ban me then ban me. I will stay gone if that's what you want, but your priorities in my opinion are in the wrong place. Seems like you should be looking at the 'other guy' before me. Whatever. Do what you gotta. I didn't think we were so sensitive that I couldn't say what you deleted, but I forgot we are in America, land of sensitivity. I can't even say Merry F'n Christmas anymore..I shoulda known.

F-mac and I are good friends and we were jiving on each other IN MY DAMN THREAD so if you can't stand it, then don't read it.

Maybe I should change title to "if you too sensitive, skip this journal-journal".

Firehawk, normally I'd take this up with you via PM but it is an opportunity for me to make a couple of things publicly clear here for your benefit and others.

If you post it, I'll read it, and if you post an inappropriate comment that includes the name of a male sex organ, I'll edit it. That's the bottom line as long as I am one of the admins here. This place will be sterile enough so that if you Mom decided to visit Discuss Fitness, she can be assured of a pleasurable visit at this first-class fitness website.

If you don't like it, TO BAD!

Deadlift Session (with Videos)

Squat warmup
bar x 5
105 x 3 left knee felt tweaked, stopped here and went to deadlifting

Deadlifts conventional
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 3 felt heavy, was worried about 365 actually
365 x 1 fast (video taped)
Deadlift 365x1 rehab 10 10 07 - Putfile
415 x 1 was 10lbs more than last week, went up easy enough i wanted more (taped)
Deadlift 415x1 rehab 10 10 07 - Putfile
435 x 1 (taped)
Deadlift 435 x 1 rehab 10 10 07 - Putfile
Stance was a bit wider than usual, resulting in my knees buckling a bit. Not happy about that, will fix.

Atlas Stones
135 x 1
200 x 1
225 x 1 taped
Atlas Stone 225lb x 1 10 10 07 - Putfile
Looking for any advice on form with the stones. I will post this in strength forum too.

Front Squats
bar x 6
105 x 2 left knee started to ache again, just gave up for the day on squatting.

ChinUps on pulley station
140 x 8
180 x 8
200 x 6

DB Rows
90s x 8
100s x 8

DB Curls
40s 3 x 8

People that remember my old pics hopefully can see a difference in my weight in these vids. I will post a comparison pic of when i was 315lbs and squatting in a couple minutes.

Look at this comparison pic of me. This was taken 8/6/05. I was about 320lbs then. Goodness gracious. Look at that belly bulgin. This was also with a 3X belt. The belt i'm wearing in the videos is a Large. First pic is today at 240lbs, second pic (right) is 2 years ago at 320lbs.

I was so amazed at the physical transformation that it took me a couple of views to concentrate on your lifts. Absolutely amazing - the physical transformation.

Now that all that fat is not there as a distraction, I can see and say that you are a handsome young man. Now we just got to get rid of the edge in you and the sky is your limit.

You must be proud of yourself and you should be. And I bet your Momma is too.

Keep the pedal to the metal!

The edge is part of my charm though . Thank you for the compliments, it means alot.

I was thumbing through old videos on Monday and came across the video that the right pic is taken from and i was absolutely disgusted by that. Never will I return to such unhealthieness. I don't know how I allowed myself to get that big in the first place.

My momma thinks I'm too thin now, go figure.
