Weight = 239.4 this morning. The fat continues to shred off after lowering carbs on advice from my bodybuilder friend. 5 weeks into it now I've lost about 9 lbs.

Buffalo Bar

It's a bar that is slightly rounded instead of straight. It puts the weight on you a little differently, and is a ton easier on the shoulders since the bar at each end is lower than your shoulder height so you aren't stressing the shoulders by holding onto the bar.

So it's just a normal barbell that has been bent, like from too much weight/bouncing pretty much?

Lower Body Day

Squats w/Buffalo Bar
bar 2 sets warmup
105 x 6
145 x 3
195 x 3
add belt loose
235 x 3
tighten belt
265 x 3
295 x 2 2nd rep weight got out in front of me, more of a good morning. First rep not too bad.

Atlas Stones
155, 180, 200, 225 all to 4ft platform. I askeda bout getting a new platform and someone is borrowing us theirs for awhile I think. It's nice.
Tried 260, coudln't get it off the ground, then tried the 225lb again to perform reps with it from the knees up and couldn't get it either. Was too tired.
Videos of Stones:
180lb: 180lb Atlas Stone to 4ft Platform - Putfile.com :: Update Videos and Pictures for Free.
200lb: 200lb Atlas Stone to 4ft Platform - Putfile.com :: Update Videos and Pictures for Free.
220lb: 220lb Atlas Stone to 4ft Platform - Putfile.com :: Update Videos and Pictures for Free.
225lb: 225lb Atlas Stone to 4ft Platform - Putfile.com :: Update Videos and Pictures for Free.
I had trouble gripping the 220 rock at first, was pretty entertaining. Then when I did get it up, I almost knocked the platform over. That was funny too, afterward. At least I got the damn thing up. I think I took it for granted, and thought I had it high enough and let up. I will post vids in the strength section for any critiquing/comments.

Abs on GHR
BW x 10
25lb plate at head 2 x 10
Need to start strengthening my abs again. Will have to do it slowly with the hernia. My squat is suffering from it.

Did a set of front squats with 105 for 6, was light but knee was a bit sore. Probably too much for my knees on one day.

GHR's unassisted
3 x 8

DB Curls (concentration)
30s x 8
35s x 8
40s x 8

Hehehe. I don't know many peopel that raw squat 430 for 3 or 5, whatever you did. That's pretty sick, and you're a natural lifter as well.
