Got home and did my diet sheet and saw that i had only eaten 820 calories by 3:30pm (at time of workout) and only about 50g of carbs. I felt a bit weaker today in the gym except on the military presses. Might explain why. Also didn't eat since 12pm and so was training on an empty stomach today.

If you don't mind me asking, what is a cheat day like for you these days?

Same as the old days. Whatever I want and as much as I want.
Example (today's day)
2 bowls of raisin bran cereal with skim milk (i never eat this cereal or drink milk)
Taco bell at 9:30am which was: 1 chilli cheese nacho bell grande, 2 hard shell and 2 soft shell tacos with sour cream on all the tacos
1pm: mom made me homemade mac+cheese, had 2 plates of that, ate till i was fully stuffed. Love mom's cookin.
3pm ate a little moer mac+cheese cause i'm dumb
5pm oreo sundae from baskin robbins and 1pint of peanut butter chocolate ice cream.
I cut it off after all that. Sometimes ill eat late before bed and i toss and turn all night because of it. Believe it or not this is a 'smaller' cheat day for me. I'm trying to limit it SOMEWHAT, but i still tend to binge a bit and i love to eat junk, so i am very strict all week and party down on the cheat day.
I used to be much worse. I used to eat 10 tacos with 2 nacho bell grandes for 1 meal, later get a whole large pizza and eat that, plus a 1/2 gallon of ice cream, and some other smaller candy treats or somethign trhoughout the day. Basically a diet to try to blow up my pancreas.
To be perfectly honest, i don't see getting my binge problem under control while on a cutting diet. It's too hard. When i go to a bulk diet where i can eat more, i wont necessarily feel like i'm clawing my way to the cheat day.
Comments/Opinions welcome.

I'm upset you didn't go for a PR on the tacos...........your heart isn't in the game. You need to re-evaluate your priorities.
Oh, and congrats, you now weigh less than me............bastard.
