Been too busy to check out any posts lately. I just noticed the woman thing. Can't give any good reccomendations there. I sure wish I could. Just don't do like I did and spoil them - you know give them everything and do everything for them, they get to expecting too much. Respect yourself, respect them, and expect respect from them. Good luck finding a good one (or two, or three).

On a better note, I see you Deadlifted 350 today -- WOW.

Yeah I'm at 680 Not sure if it's going up anytime soon.

Squat 610
Dead 680
Bench 512

I think I'm pretty much set here.

Bullsh*t. As soon as you get content, you won't make any gains. You can get better than those numbers man, never be happy with that lol .

Damn, 680. I got a long long way to catch ya. Is that 680 max or for reps?

Those are all max. Yeah I hear ya but I’m getting older and it takes it’s toll on you. Know what I mean?

Hey mister, don't use that excuse with me... lol

Yeah I know what you mean. How are your joints holding up? My buddy gets sore joints in his elbows and shoulders, he used to be able to max at 365 on bench, and can max right now at around 345, but he said his joints really limit him to what he can do now. He has been training for about 15 years, 5'10 225 @ 14% bf.
