Yesterday, Wed April 21, I skipped my cardio session. I had no time to do it and I got up too late before work to do it. School is a Biotch. Thank God school is done permanently for me in 2 more weeks.

Today, April 22, 2004. I have Back/Bi's today after work. Very excited about deadlifting. I want 330 for 3x6 baby. Last week I got 330 for 3x4. If I get all of my sets for 6 tonight, Ill increase to 345 next week.

Was 312@31.3% bf this morning. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY . Fat is falling off at near 3 lbs per week now that I havent cheated the last 2 weeks. Usually Ill take saturday as a cheat day. At that time, i was losing 1 1/2 to 2lbs per week. Now im losing more like 2 1/2-3lbs per week.

Im trying to go 6 straight weeks with no cheat day. Dont know If I can make it that long. To be honest, didnt think I could make it 2 weeks without that break in the diet but Im super motivated right now.

Well I took a cheat day today. I had to help a friend move out of his house, into a 2nd story apartment. THAT WAS NOT FUN! 7 hours of carrying crap up 2 flights of stairs...oy vey.

i am sooo tired today. Usually I do legs/Shoulders today, but i wont. Ill do them tomorrow. my God im tired. Hopefully i burned 3000 calories doing it. Thats why I took a cheat day.

For a cheat day, I hate 1 1/2 medium pizzas, and 8 oreo cookies. MMMMMMMMM

I had a great chest/tri day. I bought a dip station with leg raise and pullup station on it also, very nice. I wont be using that quite yet, maybe in 10 weeks. I also just received my lat station in .... wooohooo. Its awesome. Cant wait to use it on thursday (back/Bi day).

Today was tough to not cheat. I wanted to get some pizza soo F'n bad. I took the last 2 days off of work. I ate very good today, probably way under any good fair calorie intake...id guess about 1500 cals...which is nothing.

I got 180 for 6 today on my flat bench, which i was happy about. For my size, thats such a weak bench, but its coming along. My weakest lift is by far my bench. Which is really lagging badly. Oh well. Ive never been able to bench 185 for 6 , got it for 4 a long time ago, but never 6. So im lookin forward to that. My first big goal is 225 for 6. I figure im a good 15 weeks away though from that. Ill keep pluggin.

Firehawk, looks like your moving along pretty well! I have trouble staying away from the Beer sometimes so I know how it is fighting the urge to cheat... I have a party at my house this Friday so I know I'll be cheating then. All we can do is plan around them and keep the diet as clean as possible by planning for it... Don't worry about your bench it will get up to 225 before you know it!!!

THanks guys, im reallly trying. After i took the damn cheat day on saturday, the next day I was 315. The morning of the cheat day i was 310.5. Ugh, i hate that damn scale jump. Its not fat , its just water and food in the bowels...but still. It pisses me off. You cant see it gone until 2 - 3 days later.

Well, stupid me, i took ANOTHER cheat day on mnonday. I didnt eat really badly but i didnt eat well either. I was just tired of it and didnt feel like eating. Oh well, tuesday morning i was 317 due to that UGH!!!!!!!

Today is wednesday. Today i was 314.0 which im "better" about but still bugs me. Im tryin desperately to get under 300. My next main main goal is 299. I want to try going without a cheat day for about 3-4 weeks (the time it will take to see 299). Its gonna be rough, but im gonna try. No cheat day this weekend for sure. I seem to see about .5 lb fat loss per day when I am in rhythm and am not cheating at all. Problem is its soo tough to not cheat 1 time a week...

Im about to change my weightlifting routines from 3 day split to 4 day split.

Im doing this now:

Chest / Tri
Cardio
Back/Bi
Cardio
Cardio
Legs/Shoulders (I wait till saturday to do this because its a long workout.

Im gonna do this now:

Chest/Tri
Cardio
Back/Bi
Cardio
Shoulders/Abs
Cardio
Legs/Calves
Cardio (Optional)

Ill be able to target my legs and shoulders alot better splitting them up. The reason I havent been doing this is because of school getting in the way, but after next wednesday I will be graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering...YAY!

Anyways, Today I will eat perfect. I weighed 313.5 this morning, which im mad about. Im still holding about 4 lbs of water I shouldnt be due to the 2 cheat days in 3 days i took earlier in the week. DANGIT!

Back/Bis today. Goin for 325 for 3x6 on deadlifts today. :

Just got done with Back/Bis. Overall pretty happy.

I got 325 for 5 on first set, 4 on second set, and 1 on last set. I was just too tired. I put everything i had into gettin more than 4 on the first 2 sets. I was impressed that I got 5 on the first set because 315 was very tough to get 6 last week. All good though. Ill probably do 325 again next week then increase by 10 again.

Other big notice was my BB curls. It was nice to get rid of the 10s and 5s, and throw 2 25's on each side, and curl it for 4 on all 3 sets. very nice. I remember way back when, trying to curl taht same weight and couldnt even do it for 1 cold. :

I also got on the scale tonight and weighed 309.5!!!! I was 313 this morning. Strange hehehehehhe but i love it. My goal is 299 by May 31st. At this rate ill hit it a good 10 days early.

I did HIIT cardio today, what a workout. I am soooo exhausted. I still feel it after doing it 6 hours ago.
