Day 15. Yesterday (day 14) i played wallyball for 2 hours, that was my cardio day anyway. What fun, and what a workout.

Today I have Legs/Abs to do later. Cant wait to get it out of the way. Leg days are rough, deadlift days are rougher.

I weighed 303.5 this morning, after 3 straight days of weighing 308.5. Damn cheat day water retention man i swear. Its sooo annoying. So, back to 4 lbs away from achieving my goal. I gotta see under 300! I cant wait.

Im worn out. I'm taking a week off. Its been 8 weeks of MAX OT after a 4 weeks of Body for life before i changed. Im dead tired now. Body is goin backward on my squat/deadlifts, i have run out of energy before i even start...it sucks.

Yesterday was day 15, i did Legs/Abs.

Deep Squats

245 x 4
245 x 3
225 x 3 (I tried to back off to see if i could get more than 4, didnt even wanna do more than 1, the 2nd and 3rd reps were from trying extremely hard, just had no energy).

SLDL

185 x 6
185 x 6
185 x 6

These were easy, im goin to 200 next time.

Calf Raises - skipped em...didnt feel like doing them at all!

Leg Raises 3x10

Weighted crunches 35 lb plate over and behind my head (could do more though)
3x10

YO YO, its Day 20 of 21. I weigh 302.0 this morning. I believe I would have achieved my goals if I hadn't taken this week off from training, but I felt it wasnt worth overtraining my body just to get under 300, in which case i coulda ended up losing muscle and quitting or something like that. So, my goal will be extended for 1 week. By next friday (June 4), I should be under 300.

I have officially lost 40.5 lbs of fat at least, and thats the way uh huh uh huh i like it! I never thought I could do this, and I am. It gives me butterflies to think about what I am about to accomplish, getting under 300 for the first time since maybe 11th grade (10 yrs).

This morning, Day 21 of 21 (where I wanted to get to 299 by Day 21) I was 301.0 lbs. Very happy with that considering I have only been eating properly and not working out all week. Next week i expect 299 EARLY in the week, not by friday anymore. Im so excited to see 2 * * on that scale, instead of 3 * *!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its friday, the last day off before i start another 12 weeks of MAX OT. Im not having a good day at all. I was , but not anymore.

I got home only to see my graduation pictures from a couple weeks ago, and i am soo damn ugly its not funny. I honestly , and swear to God, never thought I was that ugly, but those pics made me cry, literally. How depressing.

And then, to top it off, Im coming out of the hair cut place, waiting to make a turn on to the road, when some woman pulls up next to me, mocking me or doing something (im still trying to figure out what the hell she was upset at me about) and then said "nvm dumba$$". Hmm, those were the only 2 words i could make out of her rambling at me. Anyway, not a good day, and i amprobably destined to be alone the rest of my life.

What a sucky day.

I figured more people would notice that ive dropped over 40 lbs now, but NOBODY has noticed, and NOBODY has said a word about it. Kinda disheartening. I shall go sulk some more...

Cheerup mate! Graduation pictures always look dorky...remember what you've accomplished with that spiffy piece of paper they gave you .

Who cares what some random nutter had to say?

Finally, you've made such great gains towards your goals, so close to being below 300...you should feel nothing but pride damnit! 40lbs weight loss is fantastic :, so stop that friggin' sulking, and think about that 2xx you're so close to seeing, and what's beyond that. :

You clearly see the difference (in your 40-lbs loss) ... keep it goin'! Screw the others. It's just you and the mirror from here on out.
