LMAO i'm afraid to take protein powder dude. I wouldnt mind trying creatine sometime but like I said, i'm afraid of a bad reaction or something, even though it's natural .

I did it 3 times to test and be sure it was that. My friend has taken 2 or 3 per day for years with no problems. He always teases me. Calls me a hypochondriac.

Another guy at my job he gets palpitations from them if he takes one, so i can't be alone in this lol.

I didn't even think about reactions to supps until I got my new one, it's kinda like a pumped multi-vitamin, main ingredient is Micro-Lactin. I noticed slightly more acne, but seems to have gone away. It hadn't even phased me until then that supps aren't food, but more like drugs and we can have reactions. D'oh lol.

Don't worry bout the MRP situmation. Like i've said in the past, I also had the Myoplex Lite do that to me. I gave the rest away cause I didn't like the palps. it gave me. I don't know what they put in that crap but forget about that stuff. Honestly though, I don't get palps. from creatine or my protein powder. Don't let one bad brand deter you. Cave Dave cave! Don't be a sissy! LMAO I have to give you crap from your deadlift post. hehe... All in affection bro! :

Most of the myoplex shakes I've had are crap, they all tend to have this nasty film of weird shiz you gotta break through just to drink them.

I thought the shakes were really good. But now I'm terrified to try ANYTHING else lol. Not that i really need anything else anyway. I've been eating properly for over 1 1/2 yrs now without a MRP, but it would make things easier.

Back/Bi's

ConventionaL Deadlifts (on 2 inch box)

135 x 5
225 x 5

285 x 5
285 x 5
Trying to keep good form. 295 next time.

Rack Pulls

365 x 5

405 x 4
405 x 4
Can tell how much stronger my back is compared to my legs now. First set of 405 felt easy, probably coulda done 10 or 20 more lbs. Second set was alot harder.

Bent Over Rows

135 x 6
185 x 5

205 x 4
205 x 4
Stay one more week here.

Reverse Grip CLose Grip Chinups

175 x 5
175 x 5
Pretty hard, going to 180 next.

Static Barbell Holds

Held 365 for 10 seconds , 2 times. Mixed grip both times, supinated grip both times.
Going to 385 next time.

I really gotta get some chalk. I bet I could hold at least 50 more lbs easily with chalk, but who knows. Feels like my skin is gonna tear off during the 10 seconds.

Good workout today, felt strong and took my time.

No it's the same as on a lat pulldown machine, just with palms facing you and my hands are as close as I can get them. Back is vertical, or real close. Knees are locked under pads.

I can load free weights on my pulldown station. It looks pretty much the same as if you had those stacked weights in the middle. Basically though the goal is to be able to do enough weight that you can do bodyweight.

Good work as usual. How close to your lean body mass are you getting with those chins?
