Sorry guys i am still alive don’t worry , just with school and work time is not on my side here. Ok well gains are still going up i am noticing that the weight i use to struggle with and need a spot to move i no longer need it. With work i haven’t had a spotter so i haven’t been going crazy with weight. I am going to start my cardio also as i put on a little more BF then i want only doing it twice a week for about 15-20 mins. Shots have been going smooth as butter no worries.
Weight so far 166
Will post more later (just woke up )

A few other things now that i am awake. My body has been getting tired a lot. I try and sleep as much as i can but with school it’s hard. Really no major side effects still just some hair growth and also a little thinning on head, face acne, also sx drive has gone WAYYYY up which my gf doesn’t seem to mind at all
I am going to try and change things up at the gym. I am going to be hitting more sets. Normally i do 3 but i am going to push that to 4. I did 4 last time of shoulders and the feeling afterwards was unbelievable.

well like i said before work was killing me but will let up now. I will start trying to post the gains of weight that i am throwing around if i can remember them. Will fill that in next weekend.

Where's your routine? It still looks like my routine has more volume than yours despite the supplements. Maybe you're underestimating what you're capable of.

We just started doing 4 sets of 3-4 exercises which seems to kick me pretty hard. We cannot do one muscle a day so in hiting the 4set twice for each body part and you are pretty spent. We do 2 parts max for each day , unless we do a "power day" Hitting all power movements, clean jerks, m-press, and all muscles in one day.
Like i said before i am going to try and post numbers.

Who is "we?" If you are taking in supra-physiological amounts of testosterone, you can do higher volume than someone who is not because the body can more efficiently restore muscle glycogen (this is why steroid users can get painful pumps), and then can move on to building new muscle tissue.

no no when i said we i meant me and my buddies.
Found a better way to shoot also. When i said all the warm shower stuff , well i tried shooting right before hitting the gym. This way the blood gets to rush into the muscle and get the "stuff" moving. Its works AWESOME ! next day i feel nothing at all ! Tried it twice already both with good results. I will be taking all shots before gym now.

Sorry i haven’t posted in a while but my computer went down. Well now i am noticing very good gains on the weight that i am throwing around, surpassing my weight that i needed to be spotted on. I can finally see my body filling out like i have always wanted it to. My shoulders are bigger, back, lats and my neck is getting really big. Comment from the girl the other day "Ummm your losing your neck! " it felt so good. I have also been having a lot of people making comments like "Hey man those shakes are really paying off" Or "You are really putting on some weight now" which makes me feel good that others can tell.
current weight so far : 169 (19lbs gain from start)
which if you read my first post i started at 150lbs and my goal was to gain at least 20 lbs and i am 1 pound away from my goal !! Which i am sure i will surpass that since i still have about 4 weeks left on cycle.
