ur probly gona get easily 30 pounds outa this.....try givin us an idea on body fat increase (or decrease if thats the case)

i noticed a little extra fat in the stomach but i think that is morely due to the fact of what i was eating. I am going to start to clean it up my food choice a little better. Fell off the track just a little. Its no where out of hand and with the way i been eating you can only expect to take on some extra fat which will easily come off when i am off my cycle and cut up.
I have been doing close to no cardio which i am going to change. I am going to do 2 sessions a week 20 min each.
As you can see with all the eating and lack of cardio where extra pounds come from.

How much total muscle mass do you expect this to be after your cycle is over and specifically with Sust., how much will you keep? I know Sust. gains aren't as great as say Dbol but you keep more of what you built afterwards? (if i have done my homework correctly?) lol

You hit the nail right on the head there man. Sust. you have a very good chance of keeping mostly all of what you gained. I mean granted you are going to lose a little but not as much as others. For example with Dbol you blow up, and fast as hell but when you come off you lose nearly all of it ! Which i cant understand why someone would want that , its just stupid. When your cycle is over that is the most important part as to keeping what you gained, your PCT (Post Cycle Treatment). I plan on running Novadex and clomid together to get my bodies natural hormones back in check.

If "cleaning up" you diet is going to result in you eating less, don't even think about it man! Keep your calories HIGH and get the most out of the cycle. You can diet off the fat later (maybe even with assistance, making it even better), use this time to pack on as much muscle as you can.

no no when i mean cleaning up , i mean eating the same but "cleaner" food. My food intake will stay the same.

Well dont really want to post numbers today. I went by myself today (no spotter) and was almost falling alseep on the machines. It was bad but i guess cause its the end of the week or maybe just an off day. The only thing that i kept constant on was my leg sled, 4 sets 360lbs 12r, 450lbs 12r , 540lbs 12r, 630lbs about 8r. I started to spot myself with my hands on my kness towards the end, pushed to about 12 but they where half reps. Did squats only at 225lbs 2 set 12 reps, some machine leg ext, ham ext etc . blahhhhhhhh day . when you are sitting at the machine and you notice yourself putting your head down , its just not a good day. Once that happened i just left. I still hit it so im fine with it.

Well this weekend i felt more side effects. My nipples started to get really sensitive and itchy which we all know isn’t a good think (could be early signs of gyno). Since I have novadex on hand I started taking 20mg a day to fight that. So far it being Monday and they feel A LOT better no itching. This is yet another reminder only start your cycle if you have everything on hand. Will update you more on the status of side effects later.
In other news Had my first person just come out and say , man on you on steroids !? I was like what !? Normally I don’t wear “wife beaters” but I was wearing one around the house the other day(yes been feeling more confident). Someone was behind me and said man your neck looks like a #$##ing tree trunk , then asked me ….. Def made me feel good , haha.
Also like said before my body has been sleeping like crazyyyyyy. Not sure if that is a side effect of the drug of just me getting lack of sleep. I am going to try and get 8 hrs a night to see if my body still requires the extra sleep.

well the entire nipples thing is gone. I am still taking 1 pill of novadex each morning now just to be on the safe side. I was doing a lot of reading and many people say that taking novadex doesnt effect gains which i thought it did but if it does or doesnt i dont care i would rather take it to be safe. I took a arm shot monday and my arm still hurts today. It was bad so i missed my workout yesterday , could be that i am hitting scare tissue from just doing arms so now i am going to move to glute shots to change things up. My body has been feeling really tried lately i think that i need a break so after cycle i am going to take a week off but untill then , bring the pain baby !

Tsi, just curious, would you recommend Novadex for those with a natural case of gyno? I'm 18 and I've had it since I was 11, haven't seen any real reduction even as low as 10% bf.

Honestly if you have it naturally then no it won’t help. Novadex helps block the receptors from taking in a certain chemical that bond on top of them and forms that puffy tit pec area. Of course this happens when you are on gear. I believe the only way to remove it is surgery but i can tell you one thing taking gear with having that isn’t a good idea.
gcs118 i am going to list some gains but will go into more why i haven’t been listing too much.
Bench (which has always been weakest) normal- 155 now- 185
Squat- normal 225 now: 315
Leg sled- normal 450 now 630
Deads really haven’t been doing them (i know not good)
1 arm lat pulls (hammer machine) normal- 180 now- 320 (with straps)
Which brings me to the next topic. I don’t know if i mentioned this before but i feel as though my body is burning out. All this week i been feeling like crap and my weight i been throwing around hasn’t been that good. I am going to take off fri (which i normally work out) sat and sun, and i think Monday too. I really don’t want to burn myself out cause i am nearing the end of my cycle and i should still be seeing gains. I am going to try and rest as much as possible over the weekend.

How many weeks do you have left in your cycle? Can't be more than 2 or 3 right? I assume you are eating like a horse for this? If you are feeling overtrained, was just curious if that could be a reason. Otherwise, you've made some good gains and cutting your first cycle short wouldn't kill you if you found yourself struggling to get workouts in. If it got that bad, you wouldn't be doing any good completing the cycle if you couldn't lift. Take care of your body and listen to it.
