First Cycle ..done the "right" way.
Age: 24 150lbs 5’7
Backround: Well I been working out for about 2-3 years . Although I have made many goals and put on weight I am going for more. I been around so I know what I am doing . Don’t take that the wrong way , I am always up for new things and I know that fitness is an ever changing world which is why I am deciding to change my path right now. I started out at a skinny 135ish lbs and I have made many goals (weight wise) but not so much LBM wise but have learned A LOT ! With my knowledge I hope that my next decision will go as planned.
Reason I am doing this :
The reason for me writing this journal is to educate people more on these drugs and that they can be use if done PROPERLY and have low risk side effects. Although as we all know everyone is different so there is not way to tell what might happen to you. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I been to endless sites that have these Bull-headed guys saying they are taking this and that also “stacking” (taking more then one drug at a time) which can really get people hurt if not die ! Not only from the side effects but from depression when you come off it. As you can see its not something to just jump into.
Goal :
To put on about 20 lbs while on cycle then expect to lose only 5-10 MAX hopefully and stay at 165ish hopefully.
Drug of Choice:
Sustanon 250 . Reason being that it’s a good drug to start out with . Not very high in dosage so it will help eliminate side effects. Info can be found at , http://www.steroid.com/48.php .
With that I will also be taking Novadex to help eliminate side effects such as gyno. I don’t want any man boobies ! haha
Then for Post cycle I will be taking clomid and Novadex to help get my body back to its orginal state as fast as possible
I will be on about a 10week cycle.
Please guys I expect some negative feedback and I welcome it and don’t mind but don’t start bashing me and being rude. I am doing this for people are really interested in learning about it and to help them in doing it the right way. I understand people feel as though I am “cheating”, I say cheating who ??? I don’t play for sports I am doing this for me ! Well that said I will be back when I begin my first shot and Keep you guys up to date. I don’t want to break site rules and post a link but for anyone who is really interested I can shot you a site or two which has ENDLESS amount of info. Please if you are under 18 or even 18 at that please don’t email me asking me about it. Me personally wouldn’t even thinking of using till at LEAST 21 and that is still even young.
Soon to come , measurements before cycle and maybe some pics.

I wanted to say that although I am anti-steroid, I am more so pro-health. In that respect, I wish you well and hope that you stay safe with this endeavor. I also want to say that I think a journal is a good way to educate people on steroids no matter what your (people in general) view is. I love to learn and I think education is key on both sides of the issue so, post often. Here's to wishing you the best man.

thanks man . Thats the only reason i am posting this. Not to stick it in everyones face but to help others. I could VERY easily just not post anything and go on my way but i would rather help someone who was intrested.

Well the first cycle must go on "hold" status but is having problems getting my stuff shipped over. You guys will get updated when i do. Just gives me more time to read and be smarter ...

I was always under the assumption that Nolvadex was to be taken post cycle, do you think that it will have any negative effects on the testosterone you want while on your cycle? If you're taking relativey low dosages do you even think you need to be worried about estrogen like effects during the cycle? Post cycle is generally when people get worried, and of course if you experience side effects you can always stop and jump right into PCT.

Novadex is sometimes taken both on and PCT. It is suppose to balance things out which can give some vary results. A positive is that you wont get gyno (man boobs) it helps fight that off. The negative is some say that he does take away some slight gains since i wouldnt be getting the full effect of the steriod. So the question is do i want to play it safe ?? I been thinking about this and i might either take a low dosage half pill (10mg) or just at first not at all to see how my body takes to the drug. Novadex is going to be used in combination with clomid for PCT.
If you see negative results like gyno or something NO its not good to just stop and jump into PCT. You have to "weennnnn" into it. You dont want to shock your body like that. A lot of peolpe make this mistake after their cycle and dont even do a PCT. Thats when you get hit with alot of side effects esp. depression.

I personally know nothing about steroids, but have of course heard and read all the negatives that come with using them so I plan on following your journal to see read about the other side. I always like to read and learn about new things so it should be interesting

If youve been working out for 2-3 years and your only 150 lbs, and youve actually been trying to bulk up, then quite simply, your doing something drastically wrong, NOBODY should be 150 lbs at 5'7 after 2-3 years of bulking, correct your diet and calorie intake, THEN think about juicing

I think after being in it for that long i know how to diet and mix my carbs/protein/fat. Been there done that, even tried copying other peoples rountines from the board(even though i know everyone is different). I did all that before also tried every type of working out. High rep lower weight , high weight lower reps, drop sets , super sets, machins , DB's. So that why i have decided to try it at this point. Also i havent been bulking for 2-3 years, gezz i'd have a heart attack from eating lol. I have gone on for a few months then off etc.

Still sounds to me like you dont need steroids and you just need to start training and eating correctly, i put on like 30lbs last year of mostly muscle, and believe me i am not gifted with the best genetics, you do not need this gear, ditch it

Well just to keep you all posted on things the stuff is in front of me now. I have the novadex on hand also (remember just in case). I think i will take it at first just to make sure things go smoothly. Also i originally planned a 250 shot each week but after doing a lot of reading and talking to people that i cme to realize that might not be enough. Instead of stacking (taking more then one drug) i might double up the dosage to 2 shots a week, 500 total. That doesn’t sound too bad. Most people recommend that any way, so i will give it a try . I am going to start my cycle Tuesday. Man im so nervous yet excited at the same time. The first shot is going to be the hardest cause i hate needles!!! ha-ha.
Also since injecting twice a week i will use the "X Factor" guide.
Shot one- left Thigh
Shot two- right Thigh
Shot three - right Front delt
Shot four - left front delt
This will help ease the pain from shooting a lot in the same spot.
Will be updated again Tuesday , later guys.

Ok back guys . Well i decided to do a monday thur split so tonight started it off. For the first 2 week i am only going to do 250 a week after the 2nd week i will bump to 500 a week.
Man i have to admit the first shot was toughhhhhhh. Just weird injecting the first time. It took me like 30 mins , lol.
Just remember (mistake i was making) when drawing the liquid in , draw it veryyy slow into the needle or all you do is suck air. With oil based drug they dont go in as easy. Well we will see how i turn out I will keep you guys posted.

(day after shot)
Well im still alive  : Are is still hurting from where i took the shot but its a normal "shot" feeling not big. Will maybe take a warm shower and rub it a little just hoping that it will not effect my workout tonight.
Also i am going to weight myself tonight at the gym. Last time i was at 157 , few extra pounds since im on creatine i have some extra water weight. Also while in my cycle i will be drinking water like a FISH ! and eating like a BEAR !

K i am on second shot, in leg. MUCH easier to do then the upper arm. Its not as sore but still is. What i did to help was warm , i mean WARM not hot, warm up the gear a little with warm to the touch water in the shower. I took a hot shower made the muscle loosen up a bit. Went in a lot easier and i rubbed it with a warm towel over and over again. Yesterday i didn’t feel anything, today i feel like soreness but not too bad. i just need to work my leg days before this. Don’t know if i can do squats with sore quad.
Weight : 158 (been eating like crazy) put on a little chub (expected) will start eating a little cleaner.
weights in the weight room : Are already going up in the first week. I think this is a 50 physical and 50 mental. I am just telling my self its in my blood , pumping through the veins and i am doing good already. My EZ curls which i use to use 50 on and get tired today i did a 40 12reps, 60 12reps , 70 5 reps and it felt good. Also my pulldown went from a normal 155 max to today did 132 12 reps , 155 12 reps, 167ish 12 reps 180 10reps (i did 4 sets was feeling pumped). That was today for a quick bi/tri split.
Also noticed that my squats are getting good also (but i been working on them before this) so far max squat 315 ! with me weightin in at just 158 i dont think thats bad at all ! I am very happy with it. Also leg sled has gone up to 540 like 5reps (then i get assisted ones).
Mind you like I said before even though this is a fast acting drug I don’t think that you can expect huge gains in the first week. Like I said before I have been preparing for this working out for a while. This was just another attempt to get kicked in the a$$ and its working already! I don’t expect to see “REAL” results till the 2-3rd week.

It only took one week to increase your EZ curls and pulldowns by that much? That'd be insane!
