Food Journal Big_Fish(wana gain weight)


Weight-147 pounds
Height-about 6 foot
body fat-8.5%

Day 1

breakfast

honey+2 toasts
1 glass of orange juice
1 raisin bread
yogurt(4g carboydrates, 3g fat, 55 calories per 100g serving)+3 scoops of sugar, table spoon

lunch

1 banana
1 raisin bread
2 tangerines
1 small coke(1ooml)

after lunch

1 sausage
1 cheese souflet
1/2 a pikante sausage
some wine gums

dinner

baked beans
boiled potato's
1 tangerine
apple sauce

after dinner

vanilla yogurt
3 chocolate chip cookies
1 tangerine

Day 2

Breakfast

2 white bread toasts+nutella
yogurt+chocoloate sprinkles
1 tangerine
1 glass of craberry juice

snacks

3 chocolate chip cookies
2 orea cookies

lunch

2 egg cookies(breads)
vanilla yogurt(1 bowl)
1 tangerine

after lunch

1 tangerine

dinner

2 mccheeseburger
1 vanilla milkshake

after dinner

4 oreo cookies

1 tangerine

Lunch

1 egg cookie)bread)

1 sultana bisquit+with raisins

After Lunch

2 oreo cookies


Dinner

fried potato's
hamburger meat(beef)
apple sauce
salad

after dinner

small fruit pudding

my comment? well dont take this as me being mean, but your diet really sucks. not near enough protein, TOO much junk, not enough veges or healthy fats.

Im also kinda new to the gaining muscle thing too but if i were you i woulod try to include more protein for example.....turkey, chicken, tuna, more eggs. i agree with atherjen there is too much junk in there....like the oreo cookies and such.

Yeah, i gotta give a bump to Jen's comments. Check out the diet forum. There is a lot of great advice already there and if you have any specfic question just ask.
