my comment? well dont take this as me being mean, but your diet really sucks. not near enough protein, TOO much junk, not enough veges or healthy fats.
Im also kinda new to the gaining muscle thing too but if i were you i woulod try to include more protein for example.....turkey, chicken, tuna, more eggs. i agree with atherjen there is too much junk in there....like the oreo cookies and such.
