* 3x6 w/ 45s
Done with 30 second rest between each set.
Rating- ****
Comments- Set a good tripple PR on the squat. My best squat was 510 raw for max. Im lookin at around 520+ by the end of this cycle. Then I should be small enough to fit in my briefs  Next wk im gunna squat on a box right above // to see how much i might be lookin at when getting a carry over with them. My traps are fried too!

Im not taking anything atm.. just got of some stuff. Im currently taking IN-Rage, will soon be taken some stuff from Avant Labs. Im currently cutting and down some more weight so im doing good.
