Looks good kyle, i am going to do a similar program when i restart my cycle(not exact but just looking at what you are doing, i will be doing something close except without the gear work)

Comments- Im really really really happy! I set two prs on two lifts, and i hit a big pr on squat. I was hoping to hit 525 next wk but it just felt so light today. I think i have ATLEAST 10 more pounds in me.

thanks.. im gunna focus on hypertrophy for the next 6wks and really hit my diet hard. This should help me look a bit thicker when i cut down to 220s

Was this conventional or sumo style? You should nail 585 in no time---6 plates is the greatest feeling in the world...
