It's funny my biceps hurt the most from deads and shrugs. Must be from stabilizing the elbow joint.

My tri's are most sore after leg press. lol.

Wish I knew what happened with dips.

u just hvae to get used to it. i mean i used to weigh 210 lbs a few years back . i was fat. i did the atkins thing, lost like 50+ lbs in 5 months, got down to 155 lbs and 13 % BF. it was hard at first, cuz ur body is used to being on a constant sugar high. but now im just used to not eating high sugar/ glycemic foods. if i do i get on a high, and then get real sleepy . its been like 4-5 years since i lost the weight and the most ive gained is like 5% BF and i now weigh 165 lbs, but now i am working out(be4 i was just dieting), so some is muscle and not all fat. and i also eat like a regular person now, and my weight stays in a regular range.
