I was wondering if anyone has good ideas on how to gain weight and muscle? I am a very active person who plays basketball 2 to 3 times a week, and between playing basketball I i have a strength work out about twice a week.
Anyone have tips on types of food, workout schedule, that could help me to put on weight.
I am currently about 160 pounds and would like to be ideally between a 180 and 200 pounds.

First of all it would be worthwhile (and certainly add more meaning to any advice offered) if you'd share some information about how you currently eat — how much, and on what schedule. Additionally, if you would provide your gender, age, and height, it would help.
Don't forget to provide info on what days do you play hoops, and when you lift.

Lift Heavy Lift Often
Lift with at least 100%
Make sure you lift "THE BIG THREE" Dead Lift, Bench Press, and Squat!!
