I don't know how but today I am 5 pounds lighter. I'm not going to look too closely into it. I didn't touch pop, chocolate, cookies, or anything else that is junk food today. I feel a little tired, but other than that i feel great. I'm thinking that I might actually be able to keep this up.

5 pounds is most likely water weight. Make sure you drink 1 gallon + a day.

I figured that too, but I had been drinking water since I woke up (I weighed in around 5 pm). The last time I weighed myself I had weighed 230 and I hadn't been drinking water at all because it was earlier. In any event, you should never look a gift horse in the mouth, so I'm going to let it go.

Note for when I'm looking back: Weighed 230 at beginning, weighed 5 pounds less second day.
